SHOPPING POLICIES

Processing Time:

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders usually process within 24 to 48 hours after credit card/funds approval. Orders placed on holidays and or weekends usually ship on the following business day.  Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving,  Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and any other statutory holidays. Please add an additional day or two of transit time for orders placed around these holidays.

***Please note:  Express Delivery to rural addresses may take an extra day or two.

Isabella's make-up currently ships to Canadian addresses only.

Credit Card processing:

For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Tracking Your Shipment:

An additional email from Canada Post will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and tracking number (item number) for your package.

If your order has not been delivered within the scheduled time frame, please contact your local postal service using the tracking number (item number) emailed to you by Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301. Please note that more than 25% of deliveries are “missing” or “late” because nobody is at home to sign for and receive the delivery. Tracing your package will inform you whether Canada Post made an attempt to deliver your package and which postal outlet your package is being held at. Please remember to bring along 2 pieces of identification in case your postal outlet requires you to produce ID.

Returns: 

Due to possible product tampering, unfortunately and without exception,  isabellasmakeup.com cannot accept returns or exchanges on ANY cosmetics and cosmetics products (including brushes and brush sets) due to hygiene guidelines. This policy maintains strict quality control guidelines and ensures that all make-up and make-up products that are shipped are guaranteed 100% original manufacturer product.

Damaged Products:

If, in the unfortunate event that you do receive product damaged in transit, you will be required to contact us via our "Contact" page within 2 business days of receipt to get a "Damaged Products" slip for our review.  You will need to keep the original box used for shipping so that we will be able to inspect your package before replacing the product.  No refunds will be given.  If for some reason the item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.  The store credit will be valid for 3 months from date of original purchase.  Any shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Pricing & Taxes: 

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Isabellasmakeup.com is required to collect P.S.T on all goods shipped within Canada. Products are only available in Canada at this time. If you are interested in a shipment to the USA, please inquire via our "Contact" page to see if we are soon to be coming to the USA. Colour on the Internet: 

While Isabellasmakeup.com has done their best to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be completely accurate. If you have questions about specific colours, please feel free to use our "Contact" page to send your request email and we will get back to you as quickly as possible regarding your inquiry. (Feel free to include your phone # if you would prefer a call back.)
